Title Training Coordinator

Owns the scheduling, tracking, and logistical coordination of all instructor-led and online training, from inception to delivery to post-training evaluation and content reinforcement for learners. Maintain individual and departmental training records in a variety of formats, including traditional hard copy filing, spreadsheets, and cloud-based software.

•Schedules, tracks and coordinates all instructor-led and online training.
•Maintains individual and departmental training records in a variety of formats
•Prepare and distribute training materials.
•Maintain the library of training materials.
•Assist in the design and production of training materials for all training.
•Coordinate availability of instructors.
•Identify and schedule appropriate training locations.
•Coordinates refreshments and lunches, when appropriate.
•Maintain training catalogs, in various formats, to ensure the most relevant marketing and course materials are available to our employees.
•Prepare and distribute training certificates.
•Works with employees to help them register or answer questions about training programs.
•Identify costs and support requirements necessary to develop and implement training programs and activities.
•Produces and distributes monthly training reports to all business groups.
•Assists and prepares training materials for internal training instructors.
•Produce training materials and e-learning courses.
•Coordinates training room preparation for any outside training instructors.
•Develops and maintains strong relationships with outside training vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
•Establish and maintain proactively cooperative working relationships with co-workers in HR and other internal partners.
•Accurate and timely tracking of employee training records.
•Communicate in a timely fashion with all departments regarding training schedules.

•Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.

•Report any unsafe acts or conditions.
•Deliver Cashman’s “Best Customer Experience” for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis.
•Other duties and special projects as assigned.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to independently write grammatically correct routine business correspondence in a concise, logical manner.
•Superlative phone and customer service skills.
•Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and equipment.
•Proficient computer technology skills, including demonstrated skill to utilize company authorized software (including, most particularly, all Microsoft Office applications).
•Knowledge of instructional materials.
•Ability to prepare internal educational materials, brochures, flyers and other graphics products using a variety of software programs.
•Ability to use e-learning design software such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or others.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all co-workers, customers and the general public.
•Self-motivated and detail oriented; work with minimum supervision.
•Work independently to identify potentially more effective methods of work operation.
•Adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate; adapt to frequent changes in workload.
•Think through the consequences and impact of a decision before making it.
•Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with position and responsibilities.

•High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent.
•Minimum two (2) years in training and/or administration.

•Stand/walk 1-4 hours a day. Sit 5-6 hours a day.
•Occasionally/frequently lift up to 30-50 lbs.
