•Maintain accurate pricing of heavy rents and used fleets.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Work with sales team for sourcing and purchasing of used equipment.
•Expeditiously research and document trade values to present to Used Equipment Manager for approval.
•Maintain accurate pricing of heavy rents and used fleets.
•Review and post inspections to Cat Used Equipment website.
•Review and post features and benefits as they pertain to a machine.
•Manage rental roll out process start to finish.
•Manage repairs, invoicing and shop scheduling.
•Qualify used machines for Cat Certified Used (CCU) program.
•Manage website - Maintain current listing with various equipment trade magazines and websites as prices change and assets are added / deleted.
•Advise management of general areas of opportunity or concern.
•Promote consistency of quality products and services by assuming “ownership” of fleet.
•Monitor Actual vs. Budgeted expenses monthly.
•Provide regional oversight of efficiencies and processes. Conduct and report on needs/gap analysis.
•Communicate effectively. Actively seek and provide feedback.
•Work with Used Equipment sales team and coordinator to assist and maintain accuracy of listed assets.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Take calls for re-rent requests.
•Review machine status with fleet maintenance supervisor.
•Communicate any inventory issues, upcoming needs, etc., to Heavy Rents, Used Equipment Manager and Asset Administrator.
•Evaluate and advise on attachment inventory levels with Inventory Coordinator.
•Review and revise various reports as required and directed to communicate the performance of the department.
•Plan and develop long and short term roll out goals with manager.
•Work with departments to ensure that equipment meets their needs and investigate complaints in a timely manner.
•Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.
•Enable Cashman to achieve its objective of Safely Home. Everyone. Every Day.™ by promoting a positive safety culture and adhering to all company safety policies, procedures and practices.
•Report any unsafe acts or conditions.
•Deliver Cashman’s “Best Customer Experience” for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis.
•Other duties and special projects as assigned.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Strong analytical, reasoning and decision making abilities.
•Ability to maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and the general public and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
•Working knowledge of Caterpillar, dealer operations product lines, components and services offered.

•Achieve fleet management and customer development goals.
•Effectively work as a team member, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Degree in business or related field or a minimum of five (5) years construction equipment experience.
•Minimum of five (5) years of fleet management or related rental experience preferred.
•Strong verbal and communications skills.

•Must be able to occasionally/frequently bend, squat and climb; including the ability to ascend and descend ladders.
•Must use hands for repetitive simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation.

•Office environment and exposure to shop and warehouse environment.
•Occasional visits to work site’s, Auction yards with exposure to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust and dirt.
•Valid Nevada State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
•Occasional travel and overnight stays.
