Description •Service technician payroll reconciliation.
•Process Caterpillar and OEM parts return requests.
•Maintain warranty hold inventory log.

•Service technician payroll reconciliation.
•Process Caterpillar and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) parts return requests.
•Maintain warranty hold inventory log.
•Review, process and maintain assigned service documentation, inspection lists and quotes.
•Back up phone support for field service.

•Assist in maintaining accuracy of the work order process.
•Assist with warranty claim processing.
•Process other requests and documents as assigned.
•Maintain files as assigned.
•Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.
•Enable Cashman to achieve its objective of Safely Home. Everyone. Every Day.™ by promoting a positive safety culture and adhering to all company safety policies, procedures and practices.
•Report any unsafe acts or conditions.
•Deliver Cashman’s “Best Customer Experience” for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis.
•Other duties and special projects as assigned.

•Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize company authorized software.
•Ability to maintain filing and information systems to ensure accurate records.
•Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the job function.
•Process daily, weekly and monthly tasks in a timely manner.
•Efficiently documents and handles assignments.
•Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.
•Achieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service.

•High school diploma, G.E.D. or trade school or equivalent.
•Proficient English, grammar, spelling, punctuation and math skills.
•Minimum of one (1) year experience in clerical work.
