A Day in the Life of a Sales Account and Operations Manager:
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually plus commission

The Sales Account and Operations Manager is a hybrid combo position that directs our Phoenix branch with both outside account sales and branch operational activities.

   Market Sonsray’s refrigerated trailer rental services to prospects and existing clients, through cold-calling, inbound calls, and participating in strategic sales campaigns.
   Communicate rental and lease quotes accurately and timely with prospects and clients, and assist with coordinating rental reservations, and internal and external functions across all departments.
   Meet or exceed sales goals, including a set number of outbound calls per day/week.
   Utilize CRM Series software to input all client prospect information and sales-related activities.
   Support branch operations by performing digital trailer inspections pre- and post-rentals, ensuring equipment operates properly and meets safety and maintenance guidelines.

   Preferred Qualifications:
   Bachelor's degree and sales experience are preferred, but not required.
   Experience renting and leasing refrigerated trailers.
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   Energetic self-starter, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
   Ability to work in a team environment, while being customer service oriented.
   Dependable attendance at our Phoenix branch location during business hours.
   Able to digitally inspect equipment, including going underneath and inside the semi-trailer.
   Willingness and ability to travel to Sonsray locations for off-site training, and special projects.
