POSITION SUMMARY: Develop and coordinate equipment fleet and technical personnel for the power, load bank, compressed air, and cooling rental and sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Handle the incoming calls from customers, maintaining good relations by personally handling all their requests for additional equipment, trucking, service calls, etc.2. Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts.3. Establish and maintain close working relationships with all levels of customers.4. Assist customers in selection and application of equipment.5. Ensure all business transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies.6. Develop and apply weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.7. Respond to customers outside of normal working hours.8. Coordinate and monitor transportation and logistics for rental equipment fleet.9. Locate and maintain relationship with various customers and support vendors.10. Coordinate service and maintenance activities and personnel.11. Administer time cards and payroll for technical staff.12. Generate and monitor rental contracts and invoices.13. Maintain reports tracking various aspects of the rental business.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.2. Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.4. Experience with Microsoft Office.5. Two years logistical experience is preferred.6. Two or more years of capital goods retail sales experience is preferred.7. College degree is preferred or equivalent experience.8. Rental experience is preferred.9. Must have a valid Class 3 License.
