POSITION SUMMARY: The Service Quality Specialist will be responsible for overseeing production quality of HMC Service utilizing all the resources made available. The Service Quality Specialist main goal is to reduce the amount of rework coming out of the shop.
Perform TA1 Inspections on all machines coming and leaving the shop.
Give immediate feedback to the Production Lead of any findings that could potentially come back as rework.
Completes Inspections within the promise date given to the customer.
Coach Techs as needed regarding repairs.
Interacts with Customers to explain worked performed and work needed for future repairs.
Will conduct any other duty deemed necessary by the Service Operations Manager.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have 4 years Lead experience.
Must have 10 years of industry experience.
PC skills required.
Must have a valid California Class C Drivers License.
Must have above average communication skills.
Good Customer Service skills.

Noise: Works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.
Temp/Weather: Works in a warehouse and outside with variations of temperature and weather.
Exposure: Foul odors, fumes and harsh substances.
