For more information visit http://www.fabickcat.com/ Job Summary: The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for data entry, accuracy, monitoring and advising on the health and utilization of customer and Fabick Cat equipment through the use of Vision Link software. Makes repair recommendations based on data collected electronically and through the inspection process. Responsibilities: * Inform and educate customers on telematic device offerings for both earthmoving and power system business units * Activate telematic device subscriptions to the appropriate online platforms * Assist with telematic device troubleshooting * Accurately invoice customers for Telematic subscriptions, ensuring the correct dollar amount and subscription level is used, and all customer requested information appears on the invoice. * Monitor machine hours using existing scheduling and maintenance tracking software and alert the service department, Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) of upcoming work or fault codes that need to be addressed. * Summarize data analysis results in clear and easy-to-understand written reports and visualizations to be shared with management and other business functions. * Review CVA work order and parts activity to ensure CVA balances are within acceptable profit targets. Note any non-CVA activity in jobs and report to Supervisor. * Assist with entry of New/Renewal Contracts into provided contract management software. * Use the business system to extract customer and equipment history * Assist with department record keeping and product research. * All other duties as assigned * Ability to travel across the territory to visit customers and branches is required. Some out-of-region travel may be required (up to 25%). Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. College or technical degree preferred * Previous experience and knowledge in the GPS or telematics industry preferred but not required * Experience in customer-facing position in a similar role is desired (Sales Person, or Product Support Representative) * Ability to speak effectively before customers, groups, or employees. * Strong analytical skills and decision-making competencies * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design preferred. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills. * Must be detail oriented, organized, professional, motivated and hold excellent time management skills * Must be able to travel as necessary to fulfill the requirement of the position Equal Employment Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
