Territory Manager, Steel Fabrication and Machining Sales - Virginia, MN
RMS Tritec is seeking a professional, dependable, driven, and well-organized Territory Manager for its Virginia, MN location. This individual will be responsible for quoting, estimating, taking orders, communicating job requirements with clients and internal departments, and seeing each order through completion. Good driving record and excellent communication skills are required. Knowledge of different grades of steel and fabrication are desirable. RMS TRITEC is a full-service steel facility with a dynamic work environment and an excellent team of Engineers, Welders, Fabricators, and Machinists.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day sales calls from assigned accounts via phone, email or site visits
- Estimate, quote, and enter customer orders
- Define the work scope, establish a due date, and estimate the job cost
- Respond to customer RFQ (request for quotation) in a timely manner
- Follow up on previously quoted business
- Assist shop and engineering departments with technical questions
- Develop a good understanding of customers and their needs
- Monitor in-process orders to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide customer with accurate information on new products or capabilities
- Follow up on products sold to customers and find new and innovative ways to help their business
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage and improve on current legacy business

Additional Preferred Skills:
