Description
Receptionist – $2,000 Signing Bonus
Position Overview

As a key member of our team, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers—setting the tone for their entire experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
- Process and code invoices and payments; assist with Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Maintain and improve filing systems and records
- Assist with parts counter support as needed
- General office support and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with a friendly, positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with general office equipment and functionality
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Previous receptionist experience with multi-line phone systems required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and walking
- Must be able to use phones, computers, and office equipment
- Able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Must occasionally navigate uneven terrain
