We are hiring a Parts Supervisor for Felton, Delaware. The Parts Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the branch parts warehouse operations, including parts counter sales and transportation. Will serve as a team leader ensuring successful warehouse operation and meeting customer’s needs at the highest level.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous parts management experience, preferably in heavy construction equipment, truck or agriculture dealerships.
- High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
- Plan and direct activities related to in-store sales and warehouse areas. Ensure operation in an efficient and effective manner.
- Maintain adequate number of employees to achieve budget and meet growth requirements.
- Administer training for in-store sales personnel through literature, product support updates, and training sessions.
- Ensure personnel have on-going training and development programs.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of the annual budget. Review the budget and controls on a monthly basis.
- Manage in-store sales to ensure parts orders are accepted and processed accurately and timely. Ensure personnel actively participate in promotions.
- Acknowledge customer requests and complaints promptly and address them efficiently to ensure a quick resolution.
- Work in coordination with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Thorough knowledge of equipment parts and components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Requires ability to evaluate facts and maintain good judgment when making decisions.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands. Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Frequent travel may be required – overnight or out town via car or airplane.
