Position Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our construction equipment division. Your attention to detail, coordination skills, and customer-focused mindset will help ensure our equipment operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all orders for new, used, and rental equipment, including attachments
- Generate work orders for service and preparation of equipment
- Maintain accurate cost and expense records for all equipment
- Oversee installation of attachments and repairs on sold equipment
- Coordinate with Corporate Sales Administration for shipping and receiving
- Report accurate repair costs, additional equipment, and timeframes to Sales
- Arrange transportation of equipment as needed
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records (prime, allied products, attachments)
- Track and record sales expenses, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Support parts orders for customers, service, and product support teams
- Receive and allocate incoming freight to appropriate destinations
Additional duties may be assigned to support company needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move about for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, bend, and reach as necessary
- Comfortable working around uneven terrain and warehouse environments
- Capable of using phone, radio, and computer for communication
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction or heavy equipment preferred
