WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Warranty Technical Administrator, you’ll use your experience as a dealership technician to manage warranty processes and ensure maximum reimbursement from Paccar and other allied product manufacturers. You'll become an essential part of our service team by connecting technical expertise with policy compliance, all while keeping customers informed and claims on track.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Reviewing and processing warranty and parts claims accurately and promptly, ensuring all necessary job details are captured.
- Opening, authorizing, and reviewing warranty work orders.
- Following up on rejected or disputed claims to recover eligible warranty costs.
- Maintaining current knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and documentation via literature and an up-to-date service library.
- Acting as the go-to resource for coworkers and customers with warranty-related questions or requests.
- Ensuring all warranty documentation is complete, clear, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Interpreting and applying vendor warranty policies across all relevant teams.
- Supporting a safe, productive work environment and performing other assigned duties as needed.
While this role is in-office, this team member may choose to work out of any of the following branches: French Camp, CA, Morgan Hill, CA, Sacramento, CA or San Leandro, CA.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- At least 5 years of experience as a dealership technician with a strong understanding of warranty work.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Compensation: $32-40/hr (Depending on Experience)
