WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this Department Assistant role, you will be in a key support role for the accounts receivable team and handle a high volume of daily transactions. Every day, you will be responsible for posting payment receipts to customer accounts along with other miscellaneous accounting functions and administrative duties. To thrive in this role, you must love a fast-paced environment, a variety of job tasks, and working in a team.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have great attendance record.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
