RECEPTIONIST / DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT II:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting and assisting them with friendliness and professionalism. You’ll manage the main switchboard, ensuring calls are routed quickly and accurately. Each day will bring new opportunities to support multiple departments with a wide range of administrative needs—including preparing correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems, ordering office supplies, and processing departmental timecards.
You will also play an important part in financial and operational workflows by coding payables, handling daily mail, assisting the regional finance department, and completing various forms and reports with precision. In addition, you’ll follow up with customers on completed service work to ensure satisfaction, help coordinate and schedule shipments, monitor store safety tracking, and provide support to regional managers and teams as needed. Throughout all of this, you’ll maintain a high level of organization and independence, keeping tasks moving smoothly even without direct supervision.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid license with a good driving record – occasional travel within the region will be required.
Compensation: $21.19-29.66/hr (Depending on Experience)
