Essential Job Functions
- Manage warehouse parts movement, including aged, obsolete, and market inventory
- Oversee staffing, employee retention, customer counter sales, service/internal sales, new product training, and after-hours coverage
- Develop and execute marketing procedures, customer outreach, and Silver Service commitments
- Manage freight recovery, expense control, warranty recovery, performance management, and overall profitability
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Assist the Branch Manager with various operational and administrative tasks
- Perform data entry and general office duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Reach to answer phones and operate office equipment
- Read and interpret paperwork, files, and computer-based records
- Communicate effectively by phone and in person
- Walk and move throughout the facility as required
- Hear and respond to verbal communications
- Bend, stoop, and stand as necessary to perform job duties
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn various software programs
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance management, negotiation, problem-solving, and motivation
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a Silver Service attitude
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Previous management experience preferred
- Agricultural background or industry experience preferred
