Parts Handler

Pay: $30.33/hour

Key qualifications:
- Clean & valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience working in a warehouse and forklift experience highly preferred
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask is required
- Computer literate and capable of learning new programs
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pull parts from stock per PSO's (will-call, counter, shop, transfer, etc.)
- Assemble Caterpillar and custom hoses
- Process parts returned for Customer credits
- Respond promptly to Customer pick-up orders
Maximize Parts Department’s efficiency and productivity.
- Receive stock to maintain proper inventory levels
- Advise Foreman of any stock discrepancies
- Maintain will-call area for parts retrieval accuracy
- Maintain proper flow of orders to be pulled

Qualifications:
- Clean & valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking throughout warehouse and storage areas
- Sitting, body rotation, and forward bending (in both sitting and standing positions)
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. (machine or team lift for heavier items)
- Push/pull tasks requiring up to 60 lbs. of force
- Climbing stairs and using equipment platforms
- Occasional kneeling, reaching, and bending at mid-to-low heights
- Strong grip strength and hand coordination for parts handling and machine operation
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, man lifts, and other material handling equipment
- Foot pedal operation with moderate force (10–35 lbs.)
- Frequent standing work at waist-to-chest height surfaces
- Occasional exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions depending on task
