Qualified Technician II for Disassembly/Paint Areas.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of the following job requirements necessary for this position:
- Possess good mechanical aptitude.
- Maintain housekeeping in assigned work areas in compliance of contamination control guidelines.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain record keeping.
- Must have necessary hand tools to complete the work assigned.
- Must be familiar with a Windows-based computer environment.
Job scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Pre-wash
- Disassembly
- Cleaning parts
- Evaluation of parts for reuse
- Prep components for paint
- Paint
- Use of SIS 2.0 and DBS
Components are not limited to specific make or model.
A good mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines, power train components, hydraulic components and/or sub components is preferred.
